Please mail the check to the above address, and note that it is for the companions program. You may also pay for the activities at the companions information meeting on Monday, August 21.

* Cost will be based on your lunch selection plus tax and tip, and $15.00 for the round trip bus transportation. There is no charge for the art gallery tour. You may make your menu selection in advance at the companions meeting.
** There is no cost for the shopping tour. All shops are within walking distance from the DoubleTree Hotel.
